McQuade offers Full Time, regular employees medical, dental,
vision, life, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, worker’s comp
and generous paid leave benefits. Certain positions are eligible for four-weeks
paid vacation annually. Full Time regular employees are eligible for these benefits
after three-months of continuous full-time employment. McQuade also offers an
agency paid pension plan and a tax deferred annuity plan to regular employees.
